Question: How can I upgrade or downgrade my OpenVZ VPS Service.

 

 

We are happy to hear that you like the service.  Upgrading and downgrading the OpenVZ package is easy and instantaneous.

1. First Login to your account at https://clients.rokabear.com

2. Click on My Services at the top of the page.

3. Click on the icon all the way to the right in your services descriptions.  It will have a small green arrow on it and it is just to the right of the "Next Due Date" date.

4. When the details page of your VPS comes up go to the bottom of the page and click on Upgrade/Downgrade Package.

5. Find the Package you which to upgrade to and select the payment terms below it (i.e. 1 month, 3 month, etc.)

6. Click the "Click to Continue" Button directly below the package you wich to upgrade/downgrade to.

7. Follow the Check out process to complete the upgrade.

 

Your upgrade will be instantaneous.
