How to Contact Rokabear Support using Encryption

Since Rokabear is known for high profile, high performance and high security hosting, it will come as no surprise that our customers want secure methods of contacting us and sending us their information.

As such we have the following methods for you to securely communicatte with us

1. Portal
Log into Rokabear's client area and submit a ticket via https, which is TLS encrypted.

2. RokaCom Enterprise Secure Messaging and Secure Calling
We use RokaCom for end to end encrypted secure calling and secure messaging with our clients and intneral staff.
If you would like us to contact you via RokaCom, please email support@rokabear.com and send us your rokacom number and a support staff member will reach out to you!

3. Encrypted Email
We support both SMIME and GPG emails for support.  However, before sending us a GPG encrypted or signed email, please email support and say you would like to conduct your support via encrypted email.
A support staff Member will respond to you both on our support system and directly for key exchange.  Please note, we do store your decrypted email contents in our support system for historical support services.
